Return & Refund Policy

What’s your return policy? 

We’re confident you’ll love the products we carry, so we provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We happily accept returns of undamaged and unused items sent back to us within 30 days from the date when you received the products ordered. Please note that personalised and customised items are nonrefundable.

To start the returns process, please contact us at info@bits4pets.com. Please include in your email:

  • Your order number

  • Full name of the person who ordered the item(s)

  • Name of the item you want to return

  • Reason of return

And we’ll provide instructions on how to return the products back to us.

How will my refund be handled?

Once the item has been return to us and inspected we will notify you if it has been approved and we will refund you within 5 business day.

*Please send your return to us using a trackable mailing method (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Please note that we are not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used!

**Please note, we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels for any orders.

***Please note, you are responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.  

****Please note, that £1 from the total price of each product ordered is non-refundable as this is sent towards our ocean bound plastic clean up operation. 

What if my product is damaged? 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

How can I make an exchange?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I still make changes to my order?

We are happy to help you with any wishes you may have. Please contact us at info@bits4pets.com if you need to make a change to your order. If the item hasn't been shipped yet it shouldn't be a problem to make any changes. Once the product has shipped we might not be able to make any changes, but you may return or exchange your order once you receive it. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime before your order has been shipped out to you. To do so please message us at: info@bits4pets.com
