How much is shipping?
Shipping is 100% free, we'll take care of that cost for you!
How long does shipping take?
The majority of our products are shipped from China. Shipping takes on average between 7 - 12 days but this varies from country to country. In some instances delivery to a few limited countries can take slightly longer and could be up to 30 days.
**We do not accept cancellations of orders while an item is already transit. We DO NOT OFFER refunds during the time the item has shipped since it is already on the way to you. We understand this can be a long time, but it is worth the wait at the competitive prices and quality products we offer.
How can I track my order?
I didn't get all of my items.
For logistic reasons items will sometimes be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost. Therefore some items may arrive earlier than others.
Can I still make changes to my order?
We are happy to help you with any wishes you may have. Please contact us at info@bits4pets.com if you need to make a change to your order. If the item hasn't been shipped yet it shouldn't be a problem to make any changes. Once the product has shipped we might not be able to make any changes anymore, but you may return or exchange your order once you receive it.
